Jaime Alvarez (President)
Jaime over 30 years of professional experience encompassing most aspects of the travel business including sales & marketing, product development and management at every level. Aside from living in Chile for several years, Jaime has been working with Latin America from the US since 1984, many of those years as a Tour Operator, DMC Company and Group & Incentive Planner. Over the years he has developed an in-depth knowledge and expertise about products and destinations and about the market players in the USA. His expertise in almost every aspect of the travel industry can be a great asset for your company’s product enhancement and market distribution.

Mira Silic (Director of Sales and Marketing)
With a degree in Economics and a major in tourism from the University of Split, Mira owned a tour operation in Croatia, before moving to the USA. Her experience in the US includes eight years at 4th Dimension as General Manager (a premier tour operator to Latin America), two years as the US Director for System Organization (a specialized group operator) and two years as Director of International Sales for the Atlantis Hotel, the giant deluxe hotel in The Bahamas. Mira Silic is energetic, a team player, and always ready for new challenges and fully committed to the job done.

JC Caballero (Project Manager)
JC has been involved in the travel industry since 1994, when he started developing language study tours from the US to his native Spain. A seasoned negotiator, travel writer and marketer, he also provides expert advice on web development, reservation systems and product development for our clients. Prior to joining World Dimension Travel Marketing, JC worked for different travel companies in the US, where he occupied key managerial roles in their product development, operations, reservations, sales, and marketing departments.
